“Right from the first meeting, Lekha was extremely professional. She clearly understood all our requirements and setup the MLS alerts to exactly match our needs. The type of houses we got from the MLS Email alerts are testimonial to her attention to detail. When we wanted to look at any house as a private showing, Lekha would immediately contact the sellers agent and get the appointment setup. While looking at each house, Lekha would right away highlight the pros and cons of that house based on our requirements. In one of the houses we saw, she was very outright about her reasoning of why we shouldn't go for that house and that really gave us some perspective on what to look for during other showings. She has always been honest about her opinions and will provide us with valuable insights and would let us make the decision without being pushy or imposing her views about the house whatsoever. “Lekha paid attention to detail in all of the open houses she accompanied us, as first time home buyers she provided us guidance on what we should be aware of. She was honest of her opinion if something did not "feel right" , which helped us make our final decision of the house where we are at now. She provided us with professional and experienced references for attorney, lenders who provided us with good mortgage rates. She was always available to answer any questions (either via text or phone) and conduct follow up with vendors as requested. “We are first time buyers and started searching for houses just before the pandemic started. With pandemic the house searching experience has definitely changed but Lekha was there not only helping us with open houses but also made sure to take into consideration precautions to be taken for COVID-19. We have worked with her a little over a year during which we have seen many houses and Lekha worked with us patiently without any pressure for us to make a quick decision. In fact Lekha based on her experience provided us critical feedback which eventually helped us decide our home. When we go for look out of the properties, Lekha would perform a methodical inspection, looking for signs of problems and commenting on the quality of construction, finishing, appliances, etc. Lekha was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. The best part about working with Lekha was that she was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs.
